IF their words mean anything, here's "pivotal" definition:

"of crucial importance in relation to the development or success of something"

To me this means they will either succeed as a company OR fail in 2022.

At this point, we have no way of knowing which it will be.

My caveat. We know that many times in the past, MVNT management's words have not come to fruition. Meaning 2022 may not be pivotal after all.
