LOL..in what world would anyone believe they will get their whole investment back?..It doesn't work that way.....
Been through this circus a few times....
Everyone that has a legitimate claim and provides the requested documents get back something but nothing close to what we put in and lost.

Just like you I included detailed paperwork of my trades.

There will be a formula that can be equally applied depending on a few different factors..... That way no one claim can be allowed to override anyone else's claim..

So just lose that thought altogether IMO.

Just like you I included detailed paperwork of my trades.

I lost 6 figures in this one ....

I'd be happy to see something come back my way....but certainly I have never believed it would be all or anything close to what I lost.
Usually pennies on the dollar is what comes back and due to the small amount recovered...about 5 million...that in fact is what we're likely to see.

People should be thankful to get anything back.

Just went through a long process with another stock that was a slam dunk..patent infringement..and I tried to warn everyone there that this wasn't going to end the way we'd all thought when be bought into the company because of the infringement.
Everything took forever to work through the courts until as it turns out, shareholders were not even part of the infringement settlement and details of the settlement to this date are still unknown as information was supressed.
In the end..shareholders were screwed..as is the case 99% of the time on the OTC.

Again...be thankful in getting anything back from the Freidland Fair Fund.

“What really sucks though, assuming you are accurate/truthful, is not just your loss, but if one person accounts for about 25% of the settlement, that doesn't bode well for the rest of us..”

Big assumption here. Regardless it’s pennies on the dollar, at best, per share regardless of the shares bought during the stated period.

Doesn’t matter who”claims” to have held what.....it’s a total of shares bought during the claim period divided equally between each and every share submitted and verified thru the claims process.
