any chance vxit can merge with gstc?

I thought the same thing for months.

I think it would be good for a nice little run to EXIT into, before the merged combination of 2 non-operational companies w/ no business, no revenues, no assets, and liabilities that will never be serviced would roll back over into final oblivion.

But hey, that potential little runup on an announcement - $money!
