Technically, I'm still positive by my method of accounting.

Very good hostile letter from Carson Ridge which was a PR on the stock just a few months ago, basically noting your observations about the bottom line. And accusing the CEO of tying his bonus to the top line and not where it counts.

I like his hostility:
For shareholders to be best served going forward, the following things need to happen:

You should step down as Chairman and CEO of IVFH.
Joel Gold and Hank Cohn should step down from the board of directors and all committees.
IVFH should immediately cease making acquisitions.
IVFH should immediately cease all stock-based compensation to yourself, Joel Gold, and Hank Cohn.

So he is a big presence. And Bandera put up $4M of his own money last year. I'm sure he wants it back and that capital raise was in the mid .30s as I recall. And James Pappas. That's 3 new vested interests with alignment to my interests. And all 3 want change. Bandera is a well known activist fund. So, I'd like to see what drama unfolds. Now the heat is on to actually produce or go home! :)

I lost a bunch of money in IVFH. I met with the CEO once. He was not inspiring.
