I've never ever ever seen a ticker moved to the DIRTY CAVEAT CATEGORY aka GRAY's AND get a formal "SEC WELLS NOTICE" aka "WE INTEND TO SUE YOU AND PURSUE CHARGES" - and then via some Hail Mary literal Jesus level miracle ...EVER... "come back" in OTC-ville !!
THIS POS scam just got hit with the equivalent of TWO bunker busters on-target, direct hits.
My 2 cents worth (well, .0003 worth now LOL !!) is that THE MOOCH and his punk worthless kid have FLED THE COUNTRY same as Elvis has "left the building" -
My odds are - we never hear from THE MOOCH and his kid aka "the company" ever again - they're looooooong gone off of U.S. soil by all indications I can see and have heard about :)
This one - IF one can even liquidate it a 100K share dump at a time or whatever -- is in the TAX LOSS WRITE-OFF CATEGORY ONLY NOW !
Given how ill-liquid this epic POS scam is - IF one were to try and "book a tax loss" on it, I'd be sure to put sell orders in no later than say Oct of 2022, given how it might take a month just to get it to liquidate, as the market for these shares is essentially non existent now.
