This setup looks to be more of a “poison pill” to prevent any hostile takeovers imo.
Her salary isn’t anything extravagant.

I am delighted to see the CEO doing this Webinar. Hopefully it’s the beginnings of a whole new PR campaign to present their vision. Just what the Doctor ordered imo
