John has been trying to get his ‘stock to roll’ for a very long time, but with other people’s money. His last annual report shows he doesn’t have any of his own.

Because I'd a) like to get my money back, or b) take less of a loss, I'd like to see the stock price rise. But the chart seems to 'show the truth' that 'big news' offers a small opportunity to sell (for flippers), but otherwise price support collapses.

Thanks for the chat.

PennyHoper a well thought out post.

To clarify, I was a skeptic in regard to how the plots were recorded. GG now owns and controls the plots, which is why the blockchain value is in place.

Here’s the current price point disconnect IMHO. Just because a company can book “assets” at a real market value, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the company or the market will see that value until it has been liquidated.

Any number of things can go wrong between now and then and the market is presently pricing this into the stock for a reason.

Any real estate appraiser will tell you that the real market value of property is what a knowledgeable seller and a knowledgeable buyer will come to agreement on value at.

When you add in the fact that investors for the most part still don't understand what Facebook, Google, Apple or corporate America sees here, the market is not going to reward GG until it performs, IMO.

IMO, until GG starts booking parcels at the “asking price” this stock will continue to see weak hands holding the stock. The broad will continue to see “noise” with quote holders looking for a run.

I on the other hand will continue to add under 3 and wait to see one key event. What is that event you ask? The day that either TCG or GG announce a major star user building out space within TCG will be that major event.

Why is this so important. Any seasoned developer will tell you that you can bring far more quality tenants/users to your development when you land your star anchor.

This will take time and will allow investors to add.

GGToor didn’t have the cash on hand to buy those parcels; in fact, it had a lot of debt, and had to admit doubts about its ability to be successful; so it issued – i.e., printed Monopoly money in the form of – preferred shares, which it traded one share per parcel.

Correct, I had the same list of questions myself. Only they focused on TCG, after all they were the one willing to take the "Monopoly Money" that got my interest. Especially after they cut a deal for $5M with receiving $2.5M in cash. Which confirmed they knew the parcels had value.

I'm all for a company selling stock IF they are creating value. What John pulled off as a means to bring in capital was well played. Given the "risk-reward" here, this PP merits a buy.

Again, I will not get into the details of the purchase with TCG.

Only know this, John had many of the same concerns you outlined in your posts. Buying into a Meta-verse that wasn't up and running and had no REAL end-users that would bring GG players, YET, was a real gamble.

Hope this helps.
