I personally think they will get everything done with this new bank. It seems like a real bank vs arbiter. I would also like to see them with another IR firm they are horrible. I truly believe by next year the share price is going to be over$1.50 organically and then they will do the split to get her on the Nasdaq.

Looks like a big gamble to me… planning a Q&A with maybe something new to say and end up with nothing new.
