I Didn't say SEC doesn't have evidence. My point is he still has to present his side of the case.
We can't just assume 100% that the case would be in favor of the SEC in court it still up to the judge.
Look into the case of Ripple....

Of course nobody gives a shift when it comes to smaller fish. Look at the facts of all these suspicious activities. On June 27 the SEC got the ticker suspended this stock closed 0.0014 on July 12 When the suspension were still active 5000 shares were dropped at the price of 0.0001 to closed down 92%. Then On July 19, the stock closed 0.001. On July 20 When the market opened negative activity started to scare off smaller fish. These facts proves something very fishy going on here. Yes I agree it would be a while before things settle down. Meantime all cheapies worth a gamble.
