Years ago I saw a tiny biotech for pennies expanding with a new laboratory and all the construction workers on the facility were loading for dirt cheap. I am talking plasterers, laborers etc... Within a year the stock exploded to over $5... It pays to listen low to the ground and that may be happening here now that the expansion has been announced and jn progress..
