It isn't close to being a viable project...nor will it ever be. It's too small and low grade to be worth exploring further, and is sub-economic at best.

Legit junior explorers do not assign a dollar value to in-ground resources. Especially if they are inferred from preliminary exploration results and no feasibility study. It's a tactic designed to sell shares to unsophisticated investors.

$10 million sounds like a lot, right? Not if you take into account the cost of the claim, the development costs, the mining costs, etc. Remember, this is an unproven prospect in a remote area with no power.
