The J6 committee has already shown enough evidence for the DOJ to prosecute now, if they wanted to. Since the hearings started, the committee is being inundated by more and more evidence. I doubt that tomorrow’s hearing will be the last. Every witness so far has been from Trumps team, all of whom would find him guilty of attempted overthrow of an election. Not a single member of Trumps team, has stepped up to deny anything that the committee has presented.
But Toof Senshal wouldn’t know anything about that.
