Do what? Have rumors, or PRs or run once a PR is filed?

Another ticker I watch that is complete garbage had a fluff pump PR after a year and it ran 400% in a day, then they diluted the hell out of it back down to where it was and lower.

With this tiny float sitting around a penny. This will go 30x on news of a sale or merger IMO.
