Agree 100%. There are numerous urban locations found along the east coast wherein a small inexpensive electric car would be very suitable. Most all the surface streets in large metropolitan cities have speed limits less than 50mph and, as such these vehicles could be ideal for use in these areas. It is true that these vehicles would probably not be allowed on major interstates or most divided highways but that doesn't seem to be what they are targeted for anyway. Also places like the Villages in Florida and island communities like Martha's Vineyard would seem like ideal target markets.
