The judge has already unsealed everything pertaining to BioAmber shareholders. A deal for the sale of BioAmber and its shares to another company would never be hidden by and NDA or CA. Sensitive company info is protected but the sale of a company would never be kept hidden from its owners (the shareholders), the SEC or the public ever
