I guess it’s good for the defendant’s that BioAmber was never even considered to be in a restructuring or restructured at all. Since BioAmber was liquidated and has not only ended long ago but has no money and no employees either.
It is stated right there in the court doc that the only way it’s being paid is by it’s insurance company they had at the time
