That was NOT an offering(prospectus), testerday as some think , it said so. It was refiling from a 6/28/19 filing.. No way can you raise $50M at .38. But maybe later. A lot of expansion going on.

I hope you're right...18 years and several hundred thousand in losses and I still want to believe in this company.....This management group is the best we've had...but...the refusal to keep the shareholders up to date on progress is frustrating, and has been consistent through all past management
