I agree with much of what you've posted lately - although I disagree on the $3.75 breaking point to indicate a trend higher. That said, if this starts to drop due to funding the only option that makes sense is to get out completely. I would NOT be looking for a re-entry point in that scenario, as they will be bankrupting quickly after that point.

The bounce higher at the announcement of production (IF that happens) will be a small and temporary bounce only. The low-rate production they'll be beginning in that situation will not generate enough revenue to sustain the company and they will be needing more funding, and if they ever do move into mass production, will need funding then too as the cash supply gets even tighter and constrains the growth.

This one only succeeds if some major investing happens into the company - and even then they aren't going to be a producer of vehicles - FoxConn is.

Lordstown will not survive.
