Discussion phase? Not what the update said but some like to twist things:

“Company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement in principle with the two entities to hold the trademarks jointly in the Chinese market and work together to maximize the brands potential in the region.”

This is from the update - said they have reached agreement in principle which means they are passed the discussion phase, they just need to get paper work done now. Geez, why is simple statement so hard to understand!?? Lol

This is their lame ass attempt to explain DryWorld Industries of China without disclosing they actually manufacture the clothing they resell, and DryWorld Industries owns all the patents and the trademark....
