Actually I've never seen a CEO gift shares before. And if the purpose was to raise cash he could have just gone to Power Up as usual or any number of other ways to raise cash. He could also have just sold in the open market via Form 4 like many CEOs do.

So that tells me the purpose was not to raise cash.
