Agreed. What many don't take into consideration though is that out of the 1 Billion shares, the CEO has almost 1/3 of them. This makes the shares in circulation a lot lower.

I could imagine some of the nefarious entities involved own tens of millions of shares and have the ability to kill any rally that comes along by just dumping into the volume.
