That probably makes sense for the stock in the short-term, I understand, but in the long-term health of the stock I don't think they're under any obligation. Sometimes a company can go months without an update and then bang, they surprise you. I do understand what you're saying regarding communication - it causes skittishness in the short-term at the very least. I'm hanging in for the long haul.

Agreed and they said that in the PR....

maybe once the churn thru the last DTC increase of 320m from 7/8, they PR that and give us an update on the LOI or better yet....execute it....
