the chart could have the answer and the ability to predict the future . most likely , every state in the U.S. will be full blown recreational before the federal government allows the majority of it's citizens to have their wish granted . I don't think it will take several years , many nimrods claim cannabis needs to be "studied" more so the human race will know exactly how the plant can be useful , or if it is . a plant that appeared on earth a few years before that dude in the sky created humans . a plant that will remain on earth a few years after that dude in the sky punches every humans time card . alcohol prohibition should be re-activated and remain until the sacred herb is legalized .
