Hi John...the statements listed below my comments are from the Jan 18,2022, PR.

As you can see the "working on" is NOT associated with the development of The Card, but rather refers to the process of "approval for use on a major global payments network".

The second statement from the Jan 18, 2022, PR seems to me to be a statement of fact, thus not covered under the Safe Harbor Statement. "SmartMetric HAS issued patents and patents pending surrounding its biometric card technology." (My emphasis) Other statements of fact also are also included throughout the PR but one is enough to make the point. From the issuance of patents and patents pending so stated regarding the development of The Card one can conclude that The Card exists. Should such statement regarding the issuance of patents be false and not covered under the Safe Harbor Statement then...

Except your leaving out all the promised dates
of releases for 30 days , 60 days and 90 day RELEASE DATES to simply falsely pump this turd to sell shares.
