I think and my best educated guess would say Wyoming. Just haven't done very much research yet. Should be pretty good climate least 7 or 8 months out of the year. Regardless, LB has a good enough reason to make something happen...."SOON" or "ONE DAY"...Let's hope it's NOW, MUCH SOONER
