I believe he is saying that the lawsuit has been dismissed and that very well could have something to do with the timing of the surge in volume. Remains to be seen if previous (before lawsuit) plans may have been disrupted and are now back on the schedule. Meanwhile I will continue to accumulate.
Well it might be the federal legislation for cannabis and regulated banking. I’m concerned a lot of the compliance side was likely based upon a change in federal status … SAFE banking act. It seemed the libs were poised to address and pass the legislation and then didn’t and seems to be tabled (?).
Now with them about to be voted out (phew!) one has to wonder how that impacts blue line and a potential compliance play,…
