Leave it to CEO Parkinson to claim that a Cease & Desist Order from the state Securities Department is a "positive development."

An order, by the way, that found Parkinson made up a fake legal document, and posted it on his blog. And an order that specifically found Parkinson committed 'fraud and deceit."
