There is no way to determine the cost of buildout.
It is CERTAINLY far higher than original estimates offered .... however .... the buildout can change and vary.
By that I mean, ECSL offered a 3 phase buildout. Each phase could change in size and scope. Each phase may or may not happen as originally planned or at all. And unless you've been living under a rock the past year, inflation is running hot so just about EVERYTHING today costs more than it did a year ago.
Meanwhile, no significant buying in ECSL these last couple days. Just follow the money. More shares being issued as well.
