If it was a true conservatorship, working under the pretense of conserving and preserving, somebody, somewhere in government could account for every penny taken from the GSEs and where it is being stored for safekeeping. Not only does nobody know a thing but there is nothing to be seen because, as we all know, it has been squandered by the government. If I'm wrong, show me the money, Uncle Sam!
