Hi I understand your position, though the statement made in the PR seems too definitive and clear to be covered under the Safe Harbor Statement.
At the very least the statement expresses to the public the reality of the card's existence.
There is no proof the card DOES NOT EXIST. No sales does not mean no card.
Still hanging in there
