The LAX billboards is nothing but a promotional scheme. They will have to issue more shares in the very near future and they need to keep you in the game.
What about the never ending toxic note? With all their so called cash and gold on hand why aren't they settling the note which is the biggest issue facing the company?
Promotional schemes can work short term , but in the end there will be those holding the bag awaiting for much higher prices that won't happen.
