Nah, it was how the shareholders funded Elite as they were the ones absorbing all the LPC selling (Elites selling by proxy) at much, much higher prices than currently

Because it was obviously how they funded the company.

So now shareholders hoping the CEO and good-4-nothing BODs, in appreciation for their sacrifice & support, will pay some attention to Elites share price
