I’ve been around these POS stinky pinky stocks for years. If your not questioning ever “fact”, you’re just a noob hoping to hit the lotto.

Nobody should be disparaging someone for asking legit questions of all the actors in this deal.

Folks should know the current CEO has a questionable history.

Confirming information that was in the LOI PR is just good DD.

Verifying the facts and published info is called DD.

In the past, i saw you (and couple others here) getting excited for many other tickers without verifying the facts and everytime they failed. Not sure if you fail to understand or pump on purpose. Regardless, do your thing and let others do theirs.
