Has anyone stopped to ask why the 10-k filing is late? Yes, I realize historically Mexus has frequently filed an extension for the 10-k filing. However, we were informed last week that PT had plenty of free time on his hands during the negotiations to assist Paul Jr. in building a barge.

Why then was Paul unable to work with their accountant to file a 10-K on time?

If the mine is truly down and not operating, that would mean PT only has two business items on his plate, negotiations and compliance filings.

Another reason for one to believe there are games being played here.

Once the 10-K is available to the public on EDGAR, they will regain compliance with Rule 144 and the toxic lenders may resume dumping.

But I wonder what the reason for the delinquency is? Still no filing. I wonder if the auditors may have found an issue that makes it impossible to complete the audit and issue their report as is?

Something is going on. And whatever it is, it is not good for Mexus or their common shareholders.
