The address is very interesting, Liverpool, NY which is outside of Syracuse, NY. I live around this area, it’s just seems so random, that area is not a large metro area
1- The key to change the info on OTC - is to have a verified proof of ownership and TA acceptance of your right to act as a representative of that company.
2- Once you are able to verify your profile - you get “keys” or the ability to change and upload info needed to get the filings done and update to go current. This cost around 5k usually. Might even be more if back charges need to be paid to OTC by former control.
3- I have no idea why they haven’t changed the old $FONU Twitter handle or website yet. Some companies don’t realize they can do that right away - or some wish to wait for an official announcement before making those changes. I would recommend asking their current Twitter these exact questions !!
4- The newTwitter references that they will download filings on 6/22 for the stock to go current. Well guess what - it appears between 6/22-6/24/ that’s exactly what happened and the stock is now pink current. So now this is what makes investments interesting and intriguing. Cause if this is now going to come public with something - we could easily make a very significant move NORTH HERE imo.
