$PCTL Auctus has also requested a trial by jury! So I would think if Auctus had a slam dunk case they'd be happy to have a judge hear it just like you think~ However I'm sure this Judge is tired of seeing Auctus in his court!! Now do you really think PCT LTD is in control of the schedule here so they can stall?? Everybody involved is on the Court Clock and the Judge sets the schedule!

A Manhattan judge on Thursday denied disbarred lawyer Louis Posner's request to be set free from his probation, which blocks him from access to the adult entertainment world. "The court's directive excluding defendant from the many facets of the 'adult entertainment' industry is only enforceable as long as defendant remains on probation," Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Obus wrote in a decision filed Thursday.
