Like someone else pointed out, NP employed more pumpers than he did MDs during his time at CYDY. Had he instead spent that money on MDs with relevant experience (not pain management doctors and osteoporosis researchers), CYDY would be a multi-billion company. Upside down world at Cytodyn.
