A lot might depend on if any offer does come in, would the others be allow to know about it, without getting into any dollar amount. Does VPLM have an Investment Banker that would be required to advise the others? PPS can increase with any bidding war. I wouldn’t imagine the others wouldn’t be allowed to know these an offer? I’m not sure how it works, I hear different stories.
In the conference call six years ago, I believe the original minimum Emil said he would take, prior to legislation, was $ 2 billion. We’re well into litigation. Hard to say, it depends on how motivated Emil is in getting this over with. $ .75-$1.00 would be fine with me. But, it just depends on if a bidding war starts. This is the major key. Too many players involved, not to have one. Who really knows for sure.
