USIO is buying back shares. With less than 25 million USIO O/S shares, the company could appeal to deep pocket investors, once new rules and regulations governing the payment industry iron-out, imo.

USIO is NASDAQ "Global" certified and needs to team-up with companies' trading on the NYSE, in the seeable future.
