Like I said in a previous post, these dates are not "hard dates".

The Settlement Report/ECAR or Early Case Assessment Report is due from the judge.

I suspect it's because Calasse requested an extension and posted his Docketing Statement on the 5th.

FYI George has the option of filing an opposition to the Docketing Statement, along with a motion to dismiss the case in full. Due today.
