You think the big boys are going to "buyout" a company whose flagship product is so unoriginal that 80% of their patent claims are worthless? Not to mention the device has failed to receive FDA clearance for the last SEVEN YEARS.
Why "encourage" other folks to research "patents in the industry" when you didn't bother to do the basic DD on RMSL's patent enough to even know when the patent application was filed? Only now acknowledging the patent claim rejections because of the receipts.
