If I say I made an agreement with Tesla to sell their cars for billions of dollars. Before investing, would you first verify the existence of Tesla agreement or start counting revenue and stock price?

The alleged deal is with Jessie Chiang, not Puriblood. And how exactly does she have worldwide rights to their blood product technology when she's not even a patent holder (Puriblood and Formosa Products Group are), and there's no evidence of a licensing deal to her. ZILCH!!
