Ok so its a done deal . The warrants are sold . Weather they are ever converted at .32 has yet to be seen .
But it has nothing to do with this deal .
Perhaps explain to the board what this statement in the 8k filing means . As some seem a little confused.
“WNFT is in the process of negotiating up to $5 million in equity financing to be used as operational capital by successful acquisition or reverse merger targets.“
