hard to say , i read about it one time and it sounded to me like it's at the discretion of whatever OTC representative decides to someday look over the company

but the gist is they have to show a functioning business , might take the year end report that ends in july .. we won't see that until October.

i mean at some point legally the OTC has to remove the shell risk but i don't think they even care in some cases
