I've seen the excessive share transactions a number of times with stocks that have small floats. Just Algorithms playing stock back and. Forth often the same buyer and seller. Some exchanges have banned this manipulation but it still continues on Nasdaq. If you look at high volume days on top 20 anyday you will see it is just not this security.
