-New President not a major catalyst

-BLA will not be filed this year, which CYDY made clear during the last CC as they promised an updated timeline AFTER a meeting with the FDA for further guidance and that meeting won’t happen for at least a month or two more

-clinical hold - meh, could move the price a little, but CYDY has no current phase 3 trials and is years away from phase 3 results. Finishing the Brazil trial could be big, but I’m unsure on what the issue is in Brazil (cash, slow enrollment, etc)

- I don’t expect a partnership until a few of the major issues CYDY has have been addressed
