Oh, I think it not only makes a lot of sense (cents) and plenty of dollars for the party of the judge(s) involved. No need to be here for the next 90 days or so until a few days of anticipation leading up to the next delay. With the way the market and economy is that cash, I guess, is better spent on gas and groceries. I'm not even sure if we meet the requirements to upgrade to Nasdaq anymore. Something needs to be done besides waiting for the litigations to be heard. More eyes need to be on NLST besides the ones that are already here. November!
