And bets are not one this true or any deals will happen.
* This company has survived since 2006 by selling stock, and when they run out, they do a RS to get the bulk of it back, sell for a couple more years, and repeat the RS.
* Bet you can not find a single product they sell in any of the stores they are supposedly
* Stock trading at .01, to do the Black rock deal we need to be over 4.00 a share to even meet any requirements for NASDAQ. We are a Pink Sheets company who can never file unaudited financials close to on time! lol How can that possibly happen??? Who would ever really commit $4,000,000 to this company? They are a penny stock that survives selling stock.
