Damages on common per my expectation should be at least $2 of lost dividend per year since 2012 NWS so total 10 yrs means $20 should be awarded by jury to common imo

As pointed out by Kthomp. Whoever loses the trail will speak to the Federal circuit court. Then whoever loses that will take it to SCOTUS. So mid to late 2024 we will get to the bottom of any settlement or opinions.

With damages from 2016 onwards up until end of 2024 that 18 billion or so the Gov is on the hook for in damages is only going to grow.

David Thompson’s damages estimate put it in the park of $18 per share one board member had posted a few weeks ago. You could well be looking at $20 to $24 per share by then.

Thanks for the post. He disliked the government employees lying back then. Quite sure he dislikes it even more now when they lied to him, resulting in a bad ruling by him.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth of Federal District Court said: ''It is clear that the decisions here were made at the highest levels of Government, and the Government itself is -- and should be -- accountable when its officials run amok. There were no rogue lawyers here misleading this court.''

Another misleading statement by the government is that the 3rd Amendment was necessary because of the Death Spiral, especially after the CFO of Fannie Mae informed the government that the golden years are just ahead.

Wonder how high up the Executive Branch decision making chain this went, why is our government hiding the 11,000 documents from public view?

O'Bama assured us he was the most transparent POTUS in history....
