I watch a con, here in the US, who files Bankruptcy at the drop of a hat. He just never files the appropriate documents BUT it accomplishes his goal of DELAYING whatever bad news he is facing - eviction, judgements, etc.

SOOOO... that could be one reason Little Stevie could file BK...
